Ich bin Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator und Organisationsentwickler in Berlin. Seit 2010 begleite ich mit der Hendrik Backerra Consulting GmbH und als Senior Facilitator für Mobius Leadership Vorstände und Führungsteams durch ihre anspruchsvollsten Transformationen — bei thyssenkrupp, Daimler, N26 und vielen anderen. Begonnen hat dieser Weg als Wirtschaftsingenieur und in transformationsnahen Rollen bei IBM Global Services und McKinsey & Company.

Neben der Beratungsarbeit kuratiere ich über die Soulgold Agency Kunstprojekte und engagiere mich pro bono — etwa bei Values 20 und dem Arts and Nature Social Club. Diese Erfahrungen prägen auch meine Führungsarbeit: die Fähigkeit, Ambiguität zu halten, Resonanz zu erzeugen und komplexe Gespräche über unterschiedliche Perspektiven hinweg zu führen.

I am an executive coach, leadership facilitator and organizational development consultant based in Berlin. Since 2010, through Hendrik Backerra Consulting GmbH and as a Senior Facilitator for Mobius Leadership, I have guided boards and leadership teams through their most demanding transformations — at thyssenkrupp, Daimler, N26 and many others. That path began as an industrial engineer and in transformation-related roles at IBM Global Services and McKinsey & Company.

Alongside consulting, I curate art projects through the Soulgold Agency and engage in pro bono work — for example with Values 20 and the Arts and Nature Social Club. These experiences shape my leadership work as well: the ability to stay with ambiguity, create resonance and hold complex conversations across different perspectives.
