Lars von Hugo is a communications specialist with an interdisciplinary background, process consultant, trainer, coach and moderator. He has over 17 years of professional experience in various communication areas, company, agency and association, including 5 years as head of communication and marketing at the German Association of Specialist Journalists and as editor-in-chief of a trade magazine. At DDB he has developed integrated communication strategies and campaigns for international clients (including Volkswagen, IKEA, NIKE). He is currently working for the Education and Training Association.
About Lars von Hugo
Lars von Hugo studied media planning, development and consulting at the Universities of Siegen and Barcelona. He is a certified Coach (QRC), a certified Project Manager (GPM/IPMA) and a media economist. He continues to expand his skills through various training and consulting courses.
Since 2014, Lars von Hugo has also accompanied organizations, primarily from the education sector, in development and change processes. As a trainer and coach he works mainly in executive education programs. He is enthusiastic about supporting people and teams to live their potential and enable sustainable change. His approach is based on Ken Wilber’s integral development model and solution-focused approaches, including the School of Milwaukee. His main topics are strength- and solution-focused leadership development and employee qualification (individual and team level), personality development, communication and conflict management, team development and systematic decision making processes.
His clients include the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft, LEAD Academy, The DO School Innovation Lab, WWF and On Purpose.
