About Felix Rübcke

Felix is passionate about helping people and organizations realize their strengths and ideas. What drives him is the vision of an economy that makes the world more beautiful, more vibrant and therefore more livable.

He has conducted action research, published and advised on the topics of modern leadership understanding, making difficult decisions and shaping change.

Felix works as an organizational consultant, trainer and coach. His expertise lies in facilitating complex decision-making processes (with large group participation formats), strategy and innovation processes, organizational and cultural change, team development, as well as executive and employee development.

Felix methodology encompasses systemic-integral formats, agile techniques and mindfulness practices – all grounded in a solution-focused, strength-oriented mindset.
