About Anaïs Bock

Anaïs is convinced that business should feel good, do good and make good money. She cunningly combines modern business development techniques with methods grounded in work psychology, body language and holistic approaches such as kinesiology and cardiological coherence. She loves working with individuals and teams for the wellbeing of both, on a subjective and objective level, personally and driving the bottom-line.

Anaïs is part of our team as process guide and trainer. Her expertise lies within hospitality (both within businesses and in the context of customer service), intercultural and international communication, as well as personal branding. She is best placed in accompanying change processes, which require the collaboration of heads and hearts.

Anaïs has been self-employed since 2011. She consults, trains, moderates and speaks on international stages. She emanates unconventional professionalism and approachable wit.

CV

Anaïs enjoyed a very international upbringing. She has lived and worked in Germany, Venezuela, Thailand, Jordan, Spain, The Netherlands and Egypt.

Her background in hospitality management led her through five-star hotels from Kempinski and Leading Hotels of the World. She was a part of the opening team of the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo, trained staff members of all levels, established the Leading Quality Assurance Standards and was responsible for the opening of the spa.

Anaïs has been self-employed since 2011 in her capacity as a brand strategist and organisational trainer. She works with entrepreneurs, preferably innovative female-led startups and is an external consultant for the global education and innovation agency The Do School. She also conducts action research on holistic key performance indicators with and for pioneering companies.

Today Anaïs is based in Berlin and enjoys international travel to facilitate in fluent German, Spanish and English.
